Lovely spacious ranch house conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga! We are a short drive from Manchester Vt, Lake George, and several ski mountains. Great restaurants, shopping, playgrounds and the public library are all within walking distance. Local historical spots such as the Schuyler house and Battle of Saratoga Monument can also be reached by walking or driving. The house has large rooms and a nice deck and porch to relax on! Newly renovated kitchen and full bathroom.

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!

We are located close to all that Sartoga has to offer yet nestled in the serenity of the quiet country. The house is perfect for entertaining. The back deck has a gas grill and a table with seating for 6. It also has an LED umbrella, great for late nights! The main living room has a 65" tv with multiple streaming services available. The master bedroom has a California king, the second bedroom a full size and the third bedroom two twin.
