Alec was very communicative when we had a power outage due to a bad storm, and kept us updated on when it was going to be back on. He was very supportive in answering all of our general questions as well. Highly recommend staying here and would stay here again"

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip. The property was huge and private. Zachary was very helpful with our check in when we arrived earlier than expected. He was always friendly very responsive when we had questions.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, it’s a peaceful, beautiful, spacious and comfortable place, far from the noises of the city. The only things that we heard were nature sounds, exactly what we were looking for. Our dog and cats enjoyed staying here too. David and Shannon are really kind people, they helped us in anything we needed, and responded quickly. They also brought a portable AC unit because we have an Alaskan Malamute and she needs the air to be very cold. Thanks for all your kindness. We definitely would come back. 100% recommended

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

It was a beautiful little cabin with everything you could need and want! The breakfast they delivered was delicious! It was an all around easy and peaceful stay!

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Fantastic home to stay in. Clean, quaint, and perfect for our party of 8. We were granted permission to arrive early to decorate for a birthday, and were welcomed with local wine and the sweetest birthday wishes! Close to some of the finest wineries and breweries in the Finger Lakes and lots of options for food! The outdoor space was incredible. Fire pit, hot tub and the large yard for games were a huge hit!! Joleen & Myron were attentive and responded quickly when presented with any need/question. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to our return!

Our stay at Nicks airbnb was exactly how it was advertised! Quiet cottage with great scenery and all the amenities. Pictures were portrayed exactly how the cottage looked. Great place for a peaceful stay!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay for long, we just needed a place to stop for the night, but Michele’s place was so beautiful and cozy we will definitely be back if we’re visiting the area again

This cottage is so adorable! Me and my family had an amazing stay. We loved having access to the water and a dock. It’s so close to local breweries and wineries. The view is also so beautiful off the back deck. We would love to stay here again!

We had such a great time! We loved the location and it was easy to jump between Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake Wineries, and Keuka Lake. We traveled with three kids and found the house really accommodating for families. We spent a ton of time on the front porch, beautiful views and fenced in which made it easy to keep the young kids close. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot! The cottage itself was perfect for my wife, myself and 2 small dogs. It was comfortable, private, and mostly quiet. I say mostly as it is located alongside the primary wine trail road for east Seneca lake, so you will occasionally hear some cars whizzing by, but not bad at all, especially when inside. The location for me was also a big highlight! Closely located to some wonderful wineries/breweries, good eats, and parks. Watkins Glen is only like a 15 min drive. I would stay here again.

You can't stay here, because we live here now! :P We couldn't have asked for a better stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary, back in the place where we got engaged & honeymooned, and later lived for 5 years. Sarah and Jeremy's place was the perfect home away from home with our toddler, which is all one level and very family friendly. We appreciated having the bathtub & the darkness of the back room when the curtains were pulled made for great sleep for our little guy. The front and back yard is safe and far back from the main road. An extra bonus is the amazing art by Jeremy throughout the home. The kitchen has all essentials and starter items. The house is a short 15-minute-drive from some of our favorite places including Trumansburg (Gimme Coffee, Main St Market, Sundrees), Hector Wine Company, Grist Iron, Watkins Glen State Park, and 5 minutes from Overlook Coffee. We also enjoyed the short commute to the Ravine Trail and other Finger Lakes National Forest trailheads.

nice environment very quiet mostly. I greatly enjoyed sitting next to the water and drinking my coffee while listening to birds. also there are alot of fish if you enjoy fishing. The kayaks and fire wood are an excellent touch. We spent most of our time out sight seeing but we did use the fire pit and kayaks the little peddle boat was amusing. The bed is very comfy. if you stay here make the drive over to Robert H. Treman State Park it's the most beautiful park!

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

A great rustic getaway! It was great being between cayuga and seneca lakes - everything was a 20 min drive to see beautiful falls in every direction, great wineries/cideries (finger lakes cider house had amazing food to go with the cider), great restaurants (stonecat and elf in the oak) and Ithaca Farmer's Market (must see - so plan a Sat or Sun there). Sunsets were fabulous from the porch and over the fields and the hens were a joy to experience - so cute - and the gentle Q was so good with our cautious rescue pup. But the best part of the stay was Carey's hospitality - tending to every need and providing great suggestions of things to do/see tailored to our interests and giving us a true taste of the area - with local fresh eggs, fruit, wonderful baked bread, granola, cider, wine, cheese, baked goods and the best yogurt ever! We didn't even miss the tv (during football and world series even)!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

WE LOVED THE PLACE! Carrie and John were amazing hosts and their wonderful RV elevated our experience and memories that my boyfriend and I will be sure to cherish for a lifetime. For those of you wondering, a bathroom (toilet and shower stall) is located in the RV, however we preferred their bathhouse which was within easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic necessities such as utensils, pots, basic condiments etc. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor gas grill and gas stove that were fully functional. Also it's worthy mentioning there is a fire pit fully stacked with an ample amount of firewood [and a hilly-billy pool which we didn't get to enjoy due to weather]. For those who are planning on a day trip for Ithaca's beautiful scenery, the Buttermilk Falls State Park is about 20 minutes drive; and 15 minutes drive to the nearest Dollar General store should there be any last minute shopping. Can’t say enough positive things about sunset beach. The home was very clean and super spacious. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us and it never felt crowded. The home and grounds are clean and well maintained. The views are fantastic. Unfortunately, our weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool or lake. We still had a wonderful time. Jill, our host, was great. Very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
