Cabin holiday rentals in Schuyler County

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The cabin is amazing and the hot tub is spectacular. But above all the host tell you how to use everything and how to leave everything so the communication was crystal clear.

What a great stay! Adam was very communicative and helpful. The home was clean, beautiful and had everything that we needed. It was a great location for enjoying all that the Finger Lake region had to offer. It was also great for just relaxing and enjoying the lake. We would stay here again without hesitation!

a secluded, private escape with easy access to hammondsport and a short drive to attractions like watkins glen state park, wineries, breweries, and distilleries. we loved the uninterrupted bird calls and cow moos in the distance. the cabin is cozy and welcoming and the fire pit and hot tub were true highlights. the only complaints i would have are that the bathroom is pretty small and the door gets stuck, the dishes are not microwave safe, and there were some ants inside, otherwise everything was clean and ready to go for us. we had an amazing, quiet stay, and really felt at home with nature.

cannot say enough amazing things about this cabin. my girlfriend and I only got to stay here for 2 nights and were making plans to come back on day 1. the thought put into this property made us feel so at home, and this was one of the best getaways i’ve ever had. there’s lot of hidden surprises in the cabin and around the property — do not forget to go down to the creek. and get rain boots to prep because it made exploring all that better. thank you indigo and gray!!

Loved the large property with the views! Such a quiet, peaceful area. Plenty of room for my 3 grandsons both inside with the large open kitchen/living area as well as outside. Enjoyed the hot tub too! The backyard deck had plenty of chairs and tables to relax and enjoy while taking in the pretty surroundings. Brittany's recommendation of the woodfire pizza at Clover Knoll was perfect for dinner! Just a literal half mile away. Paul made such delicious pizzas for us!! And there's ice cream for dessert! Only outdoor seating and it was going to rain, so Paul packaged it for us to eat at the cabin. A perfect meal! The little general store in town provided plenty of options for meals too. It was an enjoyable stop on our travel adventures.

This was our second stay in a short time frame and each time was equally as amazing! Great amenities, perfect space for a peaceful getaway and still close enough to many wineries. We also love being able to travel with our furry family members so it was a great yard for them as well! Clean and well-maintained , would recommend for a relaxing escape!

Jonna and Wes were excellent hosts. this was our second time and we loved it as much as the first time. Very responsive to messages, helpful and very sweet to leave flowers and wine for me because it was a weekend sway to celebrate my birthday. I gor to feed the horses this time. they were great. athe whole place was very relaxing and just like in the photos. We will definitely come back for a third time at some point 😊

We had a great time at the cabin! It was well maintained and Ben gave very helpful directions on how to get there. It was stocked with everything we could need, and the outdoor shower was a fun addition as well! We loved how close it was to watkins glen as we enjoyed kayaking, fishing and some great restaurants in town. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again for sure!

I really enjoyed it, I was just surprised how close the road it was. Really didn’t take away from the visit, but I was just surprised. No deception on her part and she is a wonderful lady. And their wine is very good!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. Very peaceful, clean home, pond was great. The communication was great and there were plenty of instructions throughout the home to make our stay very easy and comfortable.

J's rustic cabin is a wonderful spot in the woods. The view of the forest behind the cabin is so peaceful whether it's by the fire or from the screened porch. This place makes for a great weekend escape if you love nature and want some peace and quiet. The surrounding area is as beautiful as you might expect from the finger lakes and you're close to Watkins Glen & Ithaca. J was proactive and helpful. The cabin was stocked more than we even expected, particularly the cook ware & stove setup which was great. I would definitely return.

The Rocks is great home for any type of getaway, whether you like sit on the porch all day w/ a beautiful lake view or to enjoy boating & hiking. This cottage makes you feel right at home with all of its charm. Our family of 9 adults & 1 toddler (plus 2 dogs) were in town for a jet ski race at Watkins Glen Beach. We were able to keep our own boat & skis at the house with unlimited access to the lake all weekend long. Wake boarding, tubing, boat rides, we did it all. The beach is THE BEST part with a large amount of seating. It is where we spent a majority of our time together. Plenty of parking for 3 large trucks, 1 midsize SUV & a boat trailer(at the top of the driveway). Home owner Kathryn & property manager Walter were willing to help & answer any questions we had. The kitchen is small & quaint but provided everything we needed for cooking. The living room/dining area gave our group ample amount of space to be together for meal time. Bedrooms were clean & spacious. 10/10 vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in the Finger Lakes! Tucked away at the end of a quiet private road, it offered the peace and serenity we were hoping for—along with stunning views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The interior decor was fabulous—charming, stylish, and cozy. We especially appreciated the pellet fireplace, which was perfect for those chillier, rainy days. While the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to swim or take out the kayaks, we still had an amazing time relaxing and enjoying the space. One of the best parts was the huge yard, which our dog loved. She had the time of her life exploring, running, jumping of the dock and just being free in such a safe and open space. It was truly a dog-friendly stay in every sense of the word. We would absolutely return—hopefully with better weather next time so we can take full advantage of everything this place has to offer. Highly recommend!

What a fabulous little lake front cottage! Perfectly located and clean. Everything needed for a cozy lakefront experience. Will definitely stay again!

So when I rent "Secluded" this is what I mean, Nothing but fields around you, I had 2 deer visitors, The bed was comfy, The firepit was Awesome and the outhouse was super clean. I can't think of one bad thing to say. Me and my Dog loved it.

Mary and Scott are great hosts. Their place has all the comforts of home, but located in a peaceful, quiet and picturesque location. Mary and Scott always have great local recommendations, which are very much appreciated. We feel that it is our home away from home on Seneca Lake! We will certainly be staying again and again.

I loved my stay in Jeremy’s cabin. He’s incredibly kind and his place is a serious gem if you like secret spots in nature. In my opinion, what his property offers is one of a kind. You have to see it for yourself to understand. I absolutely intend on returning down the road when my baby is easier (I brought my one year old, who’s at an age where tasting every rock we pick up is essential). Thanks again Jeremy.

This was such a great place to stay! Roughly a 10-minute drive to downtown Watkins Glen, walking distance to a distillery, a beautiful view of the lake, and surrounded by so many wineries, vineyards, and breweries —this location was perfect. The hosts were amazing! We booked this at the last minute, but they were extremely responsive and suggested many great places for us to check out while we were in the area. The tiny home is AMAZING! The perfect little hideaway within nature with a beautiful scenic view- I mean, say less! We had absolutely everything we needed in the space, and the outdoor hangout area is such a nice bonus. Although there are other tiny homes to stay in on the property, the location and design of each space were well thought out to still provide you with full privacy - we honestly forgot that other people were staying nearby! I would most definitely recommend this stay to others, and we will certainly stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

It was a very beautiful place to stay and great for the price, the weather wasn’t cooperating fully but because of how cozy it was we didn’t really notice!

The cabin and property are so beautiful and filled with well-thought out details. The views are idyllic and the location is perfect to get to town, waterfalls, and wineries. Ilona is so welcoming as a host. The shower was warm and powerful, there is recycling available, access to fire wood, and the cabin has everything you need in an efficient space. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Just returned from a delightful stay at Mary and Scott's cabins! The cabins (we rented 2 of them) were comfy, clean, tastefully decorated, modern, spacious, and stocked with all that we needed. The views were spectacular, the surroundings peaceful, quiet, and private...which we loved!! Communication was perfect! I even had contacted Mary several months ago and she answered all of my questions promptly. The property is truly a piece of paradise! Loved everything about it! Would return in a heartbeat!
