Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt. This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Reno, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and couch that turns into a queen sized sleeping space, and a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate, microwave, and fridge). The space has WiFi, a smart tv and complimentary coffee. This prime location is only ~20 minutes from Mount Rose, ~35 from the shore of Lake Tahoe, and ~15 from Downtown Reno.

Kokopelli Bunkhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay at the Kokopelli Bunkhouse set on the Rustic Hart Ranch. Comfortable, modern house set right on a working cow horse ranch, where you can view the horses, alfalfa fields and the most amazing sunsets! Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have an air mattress for the living room. NO ANIMALS IN THE UNIT! $150 fine for animals in the unit. We have heated indoor/outdoor kennels for animals.

Hawthorne, America’s Patriotic Home, is a quiet point between Reno and Vegas. Has amazing outdoor recreation areas (Walker Lake and trails for all ATVs, and many others). We are only an hours drive to beautiful June Lake and Yosemite, but have the beauty of the desert and its skies.

The Big House on the Lake is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
