Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt 🏔️

Beautiful 61 sqm apartment with separate entrance. In the sauna (red light cabin) you can relax wonderfully after a hike. The electric fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is very quiet. Within walking distance are many beautiful hiking trails, the Racepark and the Okerstausee. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. An ideal location for activities in the Harz. Suitable for allergy sufferers and children.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.
