We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Lake George Village and only 10 minutes from a wedding we attended in Queensbury. The house itself is absolutely beautiful; the photos don’t do it justice. It was even better in person—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife, our dog, and I had a wonderful stay at Shyra's place. The home was clean, warm, and welcoming—our dog felt right at home. Waking up to stunning views of the high peaks from the backyard was truly unforgettable. Short drives to Schroon Lake and Ticonderoga. A great home base of you're looking to hike any of the Adirondack high peaks. Shyra was communicative and very responsive throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! We had such a great time at Ashley's place and really appreciated the welcome basket & being able to bring our 2 kitties with us to stay that need meds. (We also loved the neighborhood porch kitty that visited daily.) Thank you SO much, Ashley!

9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. This place was very well-maintained. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Very spacious house and they even had a highchair for a child along with books and activities in the finished basement!

Amazing! Quiet and drivable! Hosts are amazing and we’re so accommodating with our early arrival! The property was perfect for our weekend away with 2 small children. Upscale appliances and finishing, blackout curtains were perfect! Fire pit available, pool and play set area for kids, alpacas were an attraction of their own! Such a great find!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lake is peaceful and beautifully scenic surrounded by mountains, with a great view from the large picture windows in the living area. Kayaking and canoeing were great! Our son stayed at the Studio bachelor pad until his older sibling arrived and kicked him out; a perfect size for couple also. Close to Six Flags and Lake George. House was pristine. Great layout for family fun!

It was a wonderful weekend we loved our stay! It's a beautiful house and there was lots of room for everyone. There was a beautiful view and we loved the beach! We all felt very comfortable, Maureen and Brian were great hosts!

Host response time was exceptional, Directions and local tips excellent. The house was CLEAN. We stayed in winter surrounded by over three feet of snow so there wasn’t too much opportunity to adventure out on the property, but the views from within the warmth of the house were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, everything placed thoughtfully and convenient. Kids loved the game room. We brought a Roku and enjoyed family movies while wood burning stove toasted the rooms. Bedrooms large and comfortable. The drive was plowed and easily managed despite all the snow. Only 17 minutes from Gore Mountain, we felt happily lost in the deep Adirondacks. Would recommend and come back. Thanks Alex and Suzette!

This is a wonderful house for a skiing or winter vacation, which is why we have been coming back for several years. The house has all the conveniences you need for a winter holiday, and Gore Mountain is just 30 minutes away. Margaret and Tony went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and could make the most of our stay.

Booked this place for a weekend away for a birthday/Mother’s Day celebration and it did not disappoint! Even in rainy weather, this place was warm, inviting, and incredibly cozy. We felt right at home the minute we walked inside the door. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. The outdoor area between the fire place, boat dock, and badminton court entertained all family members! We appreciated Karen’s attention to detail, amenities, and her large array of board games and books! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our stay was great. Nice big yard for activities. Great views of lake and mountains. Plenty of space and bedrooms for larger groups. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

This place is absolutely awesome. We (3 dads and 3 sons) had a great time before heading to Cooperstown for the little league tournament. Tons to do. Place is better than advertised. Andrew is super helpful and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!

Lynn thought of everything. I have never been in a place that had so many comforts. Little water cups in the bathroom. Lots of washcloths and towels. Zip lock bags!!' We were there for less than 24 hours. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the place for you.

We loved our stay at the North Pine Lodge. We have stayed at 6-7 different Airbnb’s near Gore Mountain for our family ski vacations and this one is now our favorite. Very spacious and clean, lots to do in the house when you have downtime, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the mountain. We all agreed though, that our favorite thing about this house is the beds!!! Everyone slept like babies…even on the little twin mattresses. We hope to come back next year!

Great spot for extended family vacation! We had 3 families with kids, so the bedroom situation was perfect, allowing all of the kids to bunk up in the one room. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. There were multiple areas to hang out which was nice for different groups to have their own space. There is a private beach that had spectacular views - we typically drove down to it as the walk was a little too long for the younger kids. Plenty of parking at the beach during our stay. Marley and Chris were great hosts and very responsive - we lost power briefly one night and they were able to reset the hot water heater remotely once I alerted them of the issue. Great stay!

We had such a relaxing time at Melissa's! She proactively reached out with all the instructions I could ever need and it was so nice to spend mornings with the dogs by the lake followed by a hike. Very proximate to Schroon Lake and Paradox Brewing as well!

Brian had amazing communication during our stay, the air bnb was PACKED with everything you could ever possibly need and the location was great :)

We love this House is the second time the we stay in this place is very peaceful, very clean the bed are very comfortable the backyard is big. My family enjoy the fire pit and we did a barbecue it was so good. The owner is very nice and wonderful. She left a basket with goodies. She always answered I recommend this place 100%
