Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.

The holiday apartment is located on the main square in the municipality of Ladendorf. The windows of the room go into the garden. The house, which dates back to the 70s, was completely modernized and renewed in 2020 with a lot of love and taste. Ladendorf is located in the heart of the wine district about 8 km from the district capital Mistelbach and about 35 km north of Vienna.

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
