There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring.

Geniesse ein stilvolles Ambiente in einer wunderschönen 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der wunderschönen historischen Stadt Wil im Fürstenland. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut erschlossen. Dies gilt für den öffentlichen wie den privaten Verkehr. Man benötigen zu Fuss 2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle bzw. 5min ins Stadtzentrum. In 7min ist man mit dem PW auf der Autobahn. Wil liegt mitten im Herzen der Ostschweiz und ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut vernetzt. Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

In the middle of the Thurgau orchards is the farm, in which the studio is comfortably furnished. There are various barbecue areas on the Thur, walking and hiking trails, bike paths, three ruins and other attractions for adults and children in the area. For adventurous people, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, the camel farm and an amusement park within easy reach.

Das Apartment liegt im Untergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Es hat 1 Schlafzimmer (und ein Zusatzzimmer ab 3 Gästen) eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch mit Ausblick und ein bequemes Sofa, das sich zum Doppelbett umfunktionieren lässt. Es hat eine Terassentür in den Garten. Um das kleine Badezimmer zu erreichen muss unser Kellergang gekreuzt werden (2 Meter). Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschwand verkalkt, wir reinigen es aber immer sehr gründlich.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

The rural, bright and cozy Stöckli (small farmhouse) offers plenty of space for a family or a group for about 6 people.+ 2 emergency beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beautiful views of the countryside. Directly on the yard. Garden with barbecue area is available. Numerous excursion destinations in the region. Self-produced meat can be sourced. Many animals live on our farm such as cows, horses and dogs. Guest boxes are available for holiday guests.

Lean back and relax in this quiet, stylish penthouse. We built our house at the foot of the "Nollen" in 2006, together with the family, in three years. In the attic, the comfortably furnished apartment is located on 2 levels. In Hosenruck, there is a bakery with a restaurant and on our local mountain, the "Nollen", there is a restaurant/hotel. One kilometre away is the village shop, with fresh products from the region, among other things.

The upstairs apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom (bed 160cm) and a living room with sofa bed. Second bedroom (bed 140cm) is adjacent to the apartment. A small seating area with a covered smoking area is also available. Allergy sufferers: pets live in the lower area of the house. Smokers: only outside!

From the studio you have a breathtaking view of the mountains. Our studio is located in the middle of a hiking area.
