Enjoy a few beautiful days in our cozy studio apartment in chalet style with large sunny south-facing terrace and Netflix. On the terrace is a lounge and a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground garage. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. New kitchen with large ceramic hob and oven. Our apartment ( approx. 50 sqm ) is located at the edge of the small village Geschwend, in the Todtnauer Ferienland. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The accommodation is good for 2-4 people. Couples, single travelers, business travelers and families (with children). it includes a bedroom with a built-in double bed (size 1.60 x 1.85), as well as a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00) in the living area. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles you can use the garage. An additional person can come on request.
