We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Enjoy the charm of the 50s in the lovingly renovated apartment of our townhouse. In a quiet residential area you can feel at home. Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house and is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions. The house is situated at a dead end street. A car parking space is provided on the private property. Bikes can be locked in the bicycle room.

This 2 Bedroom Appartement is located in walking distance between the train station, city center and exhibition center. This charming Appartement in a historic house was newly renovated in early 2017 with new beds, bathroom etc. Only the "old" furniture stayed "old"! You can have parking, even closed garage (Motorcycle riders welcome) on demand order breakfast and enjoy Welsin a charming and luxury way!

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
