In the wild romantic garden there are tall trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, grass snakes... The property is fenced about 1.2 m high. The surroundings with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invite you to hike and cycle.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
