Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Schladming

We arrived with six people for a ski vacation. We liked the house very much; on the sunny side of the valley, with many animals on the farm (dog, cats, calves, cows,...), very nice hosts (we even bought a better cheese grater because we wanted to make cheese spaetzle) and a cozy atmosphere (underfloor heating and lots of wood). We'd go back any time! Next time we would probably bring small bedside lamps for extra coziness :) A special highlight was also the sauna. Warm recommendation.

We had great quiet Easter days in a place. Ideal for 2-3 families

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

We spent a wonderful Easter with the family in the house.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. The price is definitely worth it. Stayed with the whole family (8 adults and 5 kids). Plenty of place and privacy.

The house is huge (as the host’s heart!) , fully equipped; the place located within up to 1 hour from most points of interest; we very enjoyed our stay at Barth’s house! Very recommended.

We had an excellent stay for a week in Salzburg. Dagmar is an excellent host and takes true care to ensure you are comfortable. She is an excellent communicator and her supply of recommendations is endless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect the house is very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Roman was very kind throughout all our stay and before.

My girlfriend and I visited Dennis' Alpine loft over the Easter days. Everything was as described, very clean and cozy. Our arrival to Ramsau didn't quite go as planned, so our arrival time varied from the scheduled time. Dennis responded great here and was able to provide a smooth check-in for us in a short time:) We will definitely come back!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will happily stay here again. Friendly and helpful. They respond quickly to messages and happily answered questions. The shower is awesome! Hot water with a rain shower head. Train station is just across the street and it's an easy 20 minute ride to the Salzburg main station. There are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The people of Seekirchen are friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a ski holiday. The apartment is nice and modern with a wonderful view of the area (mountains and valley). 15-20 minutes away from various ski options within Ski Amadé. We found Zauchensee and Flachauwinkel top for skiing. The sauna facilities are nice to use after skiing. Nearby and a fifteen-minute drive away are great restaurants. The staff is very friendly at reception and checkout.

Daniela’s place is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. We had a lovely time. We were able to really switch off and relax. The location is very quiet and nice and the house was clean. You have everything you need to cook. Ute is very friendly and nice and greeted us personally and explained and showed everything. We will recommend it and will definitely be back.

Very nice, well-kept place. Everything you need for a few cozy days is fully available. From the parking lot in front of the front door to the hot tub in the bathroom and the cozy couch. Salzburg city center is minutes away. We'll happily come back anytime!!

I did not think that there are still such people as Harald. He was simply unbeatable as a host. We had actually been looking for a parking space for our camper for one night, since we picked up an assistance dog for our palliative escorted four-and-a-half-year-old twin. Since very low temperatures were announced at night, Harald prepared us a room with beds for us and all at his own expense. He also had a response to any concerns. Just a super nice host. Will definitely visit again.

The apartment was very nice. Everything was clean and exactly as described. It is extremely quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains and a horse paddock in front of the house. A small hiking trail with little public traffic passes directly by the house. The hostess also gave us many useful and helpful tips on site. All in all, a perfect place to stay.

We stayed for 3 days , and it was very comfortable. Loved our stay here .

Perfect stay in a nice apartment with wonderful view on the mountains

This was the 6th year I have been to stay with Renate who is the most friendly and helpful host you could hope for. The apartment is very well appointed and perfect for either a short or longer stay. I have just competed an extended stay for a ski trip. The main Planai gondola is approximately 10 minutes walk with a supermarket located midway on the walk so very convenient. It’s is only a short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. The apartment is situated overlooking the rivers Enns with a lovely riverside walk. It is a very comfortable apartment with a recently refurbished shower room. The beds are very comfortable and there is a new sofa unit at the dinette. Renate is always looking to improve the apartment and I know she is looking to refurbish the kitchen at some point in the future. I hope to return next year.

We spent a few nice days in Monika's cabin as a family with 3 children. The cabin is super cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, firewood is more than sufficiently available. It is quiet and there are numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The view is fantastic. If you don't want to cook for yourself, there is Gasthaus Tauernwirt in the next village (3 minutes by car). Highly recommend. The nearest larger town Trieben is 15 minutes drive (bakery, super, etc.). We can highly recommend the cabin!

We had a very nice time in the BOHO apartment with Denise. Great, cozy apartment with a nice balcony and mountain view. Denise was very helpful and quick to respond. Glad to come back ☀️

We were welcomed by Barbara - a very friendly host. The accommodation is very nice and in very good condition. All rooms are nice, the terrace is spacious and the kitchen is modern and equipped with every comfort. To reach the house you have to climb a bit up the hill, but that is easy to do. In a garage they have a very nice and spacious depot for your ski gear, where the shoes are heated. For skiing, it is at least a very nice base: the Flying Mozart and the Grafenbergbahn can be reached in less than 15 minutes and parking there is free. The areas Kleinarl, Flachau and Sankt Johann can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. From the house you have very nice views of the slopes. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The amenities were top notch – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. We especially liked the terrace with beautiful views. The location is perfect: quiet but still easily accessible. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this apartment!
