Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Kos

Recently renovated 63-square-meter house just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches of Sansone, Capo Bianco, Padulella and Le Ghiaie, among the most beautiful on the island. Lara's Little House

The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dishes, and a water storage tank if needed.

Casa le Rose - Elba

The house has a private garden, with lawn, of about 200 square meters.

Lucia is in a quiet location in the center of the island from which, in a few minutes by car, you can reach both Portoferraio, the nearest town, and the beautiful beaches of the island's north side.
