The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Apartment (1st floor) located in the middle of the cities of Enns, Linz and Steyr, which can be reached in about 20 minutes. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet location. Local shops in the village (approx. 1.3 km). The apartment is fully equipped, has two large combined living and sleeping rooms (30 sqm and 18 sqm), a kitchen (approx. 16 sqm), a bathroom and a large entrance hall. The apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance. Certain garden areas can also be used. Musicians are very welcome! Pets are not allowed.
