Wir bieten euch eine warme und rustikale Atmosphäre mit stilvoller Einrichtung und einem eigenen Garten. Genießt den Komfort einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und entspannt euch im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Holzkaminofen. Das Häuschen liegt nur wenige Schritte von einem großen Spielplatz mit Alpenblick, einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, einer Bäckerei und einem Wirthaus entfernt.

Das stilvoll designte 4-Zimmer Apartment bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und eignet sich perfekt für Gruppen- und Familienreisen. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einen 180x200cm Bett und kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei 90x200 Betten (inkl. Bettwäsche für 4 Pers.). Eigenes Bad (inkl. Handtücher), ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, E-Herd, Mikro , Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster). Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Wa/Tro kann in der Waschküche mit benutzt werden. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite its compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area, which allows for a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the spacious window areas.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
