The holiday apartment is located in Melkendorf, a district of Litzendorf. We are located in Franconian Tuscany, which forms the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. Thanks to its location in the Ellertal valley, at the foot of the Franconian Jura, the municipality is considered part of northern Franconian Switzerland. So, you can get started in the region practically straight away. With us, you can experience unspoilt nature, numerous hiking trails and plenty of attractions, with the added bonus of being within a 10-minute drive of Bamberg.

In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Half-timbered house Benefit - Garden and terrace

The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

Our cozy house (about 60 m2) is idyllically located in Schesslitz right at the entrance to the beautiful Burglesau Valley. Here you will find not only a charming accommodation, but also the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. We look forward to seeing you!

Close to nature and Franconian coziness.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Wellness chalet on 73 m² with its own wellness equipment. A Finnish sauna, hot tub and a crackling fireplace provide quiet, relaxing moments. The apartment is located in the Wildensorg district.

The apartment is located in our house with a separate entrance. It was lovingly and comfortably furnished by us. The apartment is 70 square meters and the south terrace is about 35 square meters. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom. Location: Zapfendorf is located in the city triangle of Lichtenfels, Coburg and Bayreuth. The A73 is about 1 km away.
