Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Located on the second floor of our apartment building. It has 1 Bedroom, with a double bed, bathroom with a shower, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area for 4 people and equipped kitchen, a portable air conditioner. FREE PUBLIC CAR PARC next to the house 15 min away from the capital city by car. The bus station is just in front of house. The nearest train station is 6 min away (3.9km) Highway access 1.3km away. We as hosts are always at your disposal on the first floor.

Ideally located 500 m from Germany and 1500 m from Luxembourg. It is a semi-detached stone house of 115 m² habitable, 10 m² of courtyard including 5 m² of terrace and 44 m² of cellar. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Completely refurbished in 2023. Historically, you are in the old customs district.
