Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De gezellige veranda is compleet met een luxe jacuzzi en houtkachel. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het houten huis hebben we zelf gebouwd in 2019 met gebruikte materialen. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen, de woonkeuken heeft een gezellig eettafeltje en gezellige zithoek. De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

De schuur

Voel je welkom! Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

Located in touristic countryside 10 km north of Utrecht and 25 km south of Amsterdam; ideal for city-trip, cycling, boating, relaxing!

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
