Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Guests in winter: This house is only heated by wood-burning stoves, please only book for winter if you are familiar with this type of stove. Vacation house "Monika Am Masenberg" in Vorau is a good choice for a short vacation with mountain view. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet and can accommodate 10 people. Wi-Fi is available on site. A baby crib can be provided on request for a fee.

The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Raus | Tiny House with a view over alpine meadows

At our location Almwiese there are 2 cabins about 5 minutes' walk from each other. Each of the two cabins nestles into its own cozy corner of the expansive meadow. Your gaze drifts over lush green fields, picturesque alpine pastures down to small villages. Surrounded by a forest, you may spot deer, squirrels, or wild hares during a walk. From time to time, Japanese cattle graze in a pasture belonging to the neighboring farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
