Forget your worries in this spacious space and enjoy the charm of the old, with authentic, comfortable, bright and renovated rooms. The insert in the living room, for its cocooning side, will diffuse a soft warmth to the adjoining rooms. You will stay along the main road, busy and lively with its agricultural activity, close to the church which will ring every 1/2 hour and a pretty fountain – laundry. Located in Haute-Saône in Soing-Cubry-Charentenay in a small quiet village and only 4 km from Ray-sur-Sâone Castle (listed as a Historic Monument). The place is ideal for enjoying the charm of the countryside. On sunny days, don't forget to look at the sky, you can enjoy a beautiful Milky Way. Relaxation and well-being await you.

A charming small detached house with a covered terrace, garden area but not fenced, pellet stove and electric radiators, air conditioning only upstairs, bike room. Ideal for recharging your batteries for families or groups of friends… one bedroom is closed and the other is a mezzanine which means it's not closed, it's on the landing Pets are also allowed.

Relax in this 42 m2 apartment, elegant in the heart of the countryside. Located on the first floor of a detached house whose ground floor is occupied by a hairdressing salon. The village of 200 inhabitants has a welcoming café-restaurant. A large forest is 1 km away, the Saône is 7 km away. Small shops and bakery within 5 km.

The olive trees
