Monthly Rentals in Scerni

My family and I had a great stay at Massimo’s house. I would say that it was better than the photos, extremely clean with lots of space. Scerni is a fantastic town, with a really good selection of places to eat and drink. 15-20 minutes to several excellent beaches and the water park so the kids were happy. Would definitely recommend this if you want an authentic Italian holiday! Thank you Massimo!

Fede was a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time in a traditional Italian town. 20 mins to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars and with stunning views in the town of the Italian countryside. We spent 8 nights with our 3 kids (11, 8, 8 years old) in this huge and comfortable apartment located in the countryside, a couple of km far from Scerni, about 15 minutes far by car from the sea. One of the closest beaches is Punta Aderci, a wonderful and natural beach. Going back and forth from the sea was never an issue (no problem with parking). The place is very quiet. There are not many shops or markets around, but Scerni and its excellent and "hidden" bakeries can be reached in 5 minutes. There is a nice restaurant/kiosk in front of the house. Food and wine in the area are great. Scerni is a lovely village and we highly recommend its food's festival (~11 August)! About the house: the rooms (3), spaces, and furniture match exactly the description in the announcement. The apartment was very clean. Antonella, the owner, is very kind, responsive, and friendly. There is no usable garden but a nice terrace for possible outdoor breakfasts and dinners. It was really perfect for us!
