I won't write a huge review because I don't have the time to explain how brilliant every aspect of our stay. Luca is an absolute star. He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

The experience of staying in Reggio Emilia was very positive, thanks also to Anna and her small welcoming penthouse. The situation is as described in the photos, the house is quiet and clean, the view is interesting, the location is strategic. The parking space near the entrance is really convenient and check-in went very well. The terrace around the house provides a shaded area at different times of the day. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to spend a weekend dedicated to art, culture and good food, or to those who need to stop in the city for a few days for work or other reasons.

Spent a few nights here, very comfortable and a great value for money - close to Bologna, Parma, Modena…everywhere reachable by trains. Stefano is a great host and there is absolutely nothing I could point out that wasn’t as expected. Great coffee, thank you!

We had a lovely stay here! It was short, but sweet and exactly what we were looking for ☺️ It is a beautiful town with many restaurants and lots of shopping near by. Alberto was very friendly, and especially helpful with parking! Thank you for everything!!

A very aesthetically done up home with feel good vibe as soon you enter the place. Wow, really loved each and every corner of it. The lady of the house welcomed us with warmth and freshly baked cake which made it even more special. Very close to the Ferrari Museum..Not to be missed, perfect place to stay.

Alessandro and his associates were very responsive and helpful. We were happy to stay in their clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Conveniently located near the Lamborghini factory and museum.

A great house. super clean, bright and with all amenities. We slept well in the quiet beautiful area. The hosts are amazing. We were very busy with family activities so not so much time to do shopping. We got coffee and food from grandma. She also spoiled my daughter with treats. They were very flexible with late arrival. And the information was great. The surroundings are remote and really something for nature lovers. Thank you for the good care.

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.

This was a beautiful apartment! Very comfortable and safe area. I really appreciated that there was a washer dryer in the unit and the home was very clean. Nicoletta was fantastic she welcomed me during the checkin and showed me around and had some great local recommendations. I would absolutely recommend booking this place!

Apartment in a great safe and quiet location. Very clear and precise directions to reach it that allowed us to enjoy privacy and tranquility. Spaces furnished with care, super comfortable room, very comfortable bed and very well-equipped kitchen. Excellent lighting with many options. Accommodation that makes you feel at home. Nice host and sister who welcomed us. We had to hand in our bags long before check-in. And also check in much earlier. Everything you need at the property. All the amenities. In addition, the accommodation is even better and much more original than the pictures show. Super happy, the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in.

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time beautifully quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try
