Beachfront holiday rental in Scalea

Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus von Walter liegt an einem Privat-Strand in Süd-Italien. Ja - der Strand ist wirklich privat und wird nur von ein paar Ferien-Häuser- Personen benutzt. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit den wunderschönen Sandstrand mit Meer für uns alleine, was schon ein tolles Erlebnis ist ! Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet mit wunderschönem Balkon - direkt mit Strandzugang. Im Haus selber ist alles vorhanden, was man für unbeschwerte Ferien braucht und Walter hilft gerne mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Umgebung weiter, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir können den Aufenthalt im Ferien Haus von Walter sehr empfehlen, wenn man mal einige Zeit auspannen möchte und die Zeit am Meer geniessen möchte. Es war wunderbar!

Appartamento spazioso e pulito con comodissimo parcheggio interno alla proprietà. Spazio esterno in giardino riservato all’appartamento con tavoli sedie per mangiare e comodi sdrai il tutto con vista mare. Donato e sua madre sono stati gentilissimi, ho chiesto di poter dare il check-in prima dell’orario previsto e non ci sono stati problemi. Posizione fantastica per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Super consigliato.

L’alloggio di Chiara è perfetto per un soggiorno alla scoperta di Sapri ma anche dei dintorni. Al check-in Chiara mi ha dato tutte le informazioni per procedere da sola (aveva avuto un imprevisto) e si è resa disponibile per ogni esigenza. L’appartamento è estremamente fresco per cui non si sente la mancanza del condizionatore, la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario e ha elettrodomestici nuovissimi; il bagno anche nuovo, con tutte le comodità. Infine il posto macchina privato è davvero una comodità dell’ alloggio. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno e Chiara è davvero un host ospitale

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! È una abitazione posizionata immediatamente sopra una spiaggetta minuta ed incantevole con acque cristalline, con una vista sul golfo di Policasto ineguagliabile ad ogni momento del giorno. La villa è accogliente, con ampi spazi sia coperti sia all’aperto, dotata di arredi molto originali che ben fan comprendere il buon gusto dei proprietari. L’abitazione è dotata di autorimessa fresca e posto auto esterno che, vista la posizione, sono un plus. Le due stanze da letto più importanti hanno in dotazione materassi comodi come quelli di casa propria ( le altre non le abbiamo utilizzate ), le dotazioni della cucina sono piuttosto complete e consentono di preparare pietanze senza difficoltà, comodo d’estate il secondo frigorifero esterno. All’esterno vi è anche una doccia molto utile per togliersi il sale al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Il giardino, che contorna la casa, è una piccola osai di pace, con ulivi, carrubi, buganvillee, cicas e …. Scoiattoli che visitano i carrubi in cerca di cibo. Ora passiamo all’host, la Sig.ra Giorgia è premurosa, estremamente cortese e gentile ma anche discreta. Ci ha dato delle indicazioni molto utili per vivere al meglio le spiagge ed i luoghi vicini alla casa e ci ha consentito di godere al meglio la vacanza, suggerendoci dove fare acquisti alimentari, dove poter gustare un ottima cena e via discorrendo. In sintesi la vacanza è stata favolosa, il mare e le spiagge del circondario sono meravilgiose e l’accoglienza difficilmente eguagliabile grazie ancora Giorgia Lau e Bro e la piccola cockerina Sofy

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located directly on a perfect sandy beach with sunset views and calm warm water for swimming. Great wifi, Netflix TV Fantastic well furnished patio for dining and sunbathing, relaxing, with a great outdoor hot shower, BBQ, umbrellas etc. Viviana is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed, her welcome pizza and snacks were much appreciated as were her great restaurant recommendations. the nearby ruins were worth the visit and dining options in Bellevedere and Diamante are plentiful . we were 4 adults who loved our week at Vivianas Beach house

L'appartamento ampio e confortevole, terrazza ventilata da dove si può ammirare il mare. A 200 Mt si trova la spiaggia ed un'ottima pasticceria siciliana Il proprietario gentile e premuroso Suggerimento: la wi. fi dato che la connessione non sempre funziona nella zona

Giulia e Guido (il custode) sono disponibili e presenti in caso di necessità. L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, anzi c'è anche di più!! In casa c'è tutto il necessario per mangiare, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e stendino. L'appartamento vista mare regala tramonti stupendi e c'è la possibilità di andarci anche a piedi attraverso lo splendido giardino di ulivi che circonda il residence. È presente anche una bella piscina con il bagnino sempre presente! Luogo tranquillo e bellissimo per concedersi un po' di meritato relax!! Consiglio vivamente con la speranza di tornarci presto!!!☀️

Due giorni di assoluto relax in famiglia Abbiamo trascorso due giorni immersi nel verde e nella bellezza di questa villa con una vista mare mozzafiato, angoli di casa per goderti a pieno di ogni relax. Siamo stati accolti da marzio e la sua famiglia e ci ha fatto sentire parte di essa. Ritorneremo presto in questa magnifica struttura

Top-Ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Pool und „privatem“ Strandzugang. Unser Highlight war der Strand (ca. 1km und 200 hm entfernt). Küche ist top ausgestattet. Betten bequem und alles war sauber. Zwei Balkone, vor allem der überdachte Balkon erweitert den Wohnraum noch einmal enorm. Jede Mahlzeit kam draußen eingenommen werden. Jan ist ein toller und bemühter Host, der sich immer wieder um unsere Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat.

Appartamento su due piani completo di tutto il necessario situato all'interno di un residence con piscina, ottima la comunicazione in quanto l'host è in loco. Il centro di Scalea dista un paio di minuti di macchina. Consigliato

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos 3 ados dans la maison de Fabio. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison se trouve dans Cirella (maison de ville à 5 min de la plage donc un peu de bruit à certaines heures mais on s’y habitue). La maison est bien équipée avec tous les produits de première nécessité ce qui évite de tout acheter en arrivant. On a passé de supers vacances!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Etwas störend war der Lärm von Straße und Eisenbahn.

Gennaro's place was a true gem, we stayed for almost a week and felt right at home! the place is spacious, clean, recently renovated and has everything needed for a family vacation. Sapri is really peaceful and small, so everything is within 5-10 min walk. Gennaro was friendly, responsive and proactive and gave us local tips! Thanks Gennaro!

We loved our stay at Home Sweet Home—the garden and views are incredible, and it was a charming place overall. Although the gate was initially stuck so we couldn’t get in to the property, Barbara was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. The spiral staircase upstairs and the low ceiling in the bedroom are challenging to navigate, but young/healthy people shouldn’t have a problem in the space. The amenities with constant hot water and heat were fantastic during this off-season. The walk to the Porto is extremely convenient, and we really enjoyed how quiet and private the space felt. It really seemed like we found a hidden gem in Maratea, and we hope it continues to be special and somewhat of a secret!

Appartement très bien décoré, bien equipé et très agréable. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec vue splendide sur le port de Maratea. Plusieurs plages dans les environs, dont une jolie crique accesible à pied en 10 minutes. Le port est animé, avec divers cafés et restaurants. Seul petit bemol, les places de parking parfois difficiles à trouver le week end. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons l’appartement sans hésitation.

Rossella, l'host, è gentilissima e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è molto carino, molto più che in foto. La zona è bellissima, tranquilla e perfetta per spostarsi a piedi nella zona del porto, vicino a molti ristoranti. Consiglio vivamente di avere una macchina o un altro mezzo di trasporto proprio per godersi la zona a causa di mancanza di trasporto pubblico fuori dai mesi di luglio e agosto.

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

È veramente una bomboniera. zona ottima sia per il mare,sia per la sera. stanze ampie,confortevoli, bagni spaziosi. una casa a cui non manca nulla. ringrazio la disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria, noi torneremo sicuramente!
