Villa holiday rentals in Scalea

It was as wonderful as when we visited the villa for the first time back in 2015. We had great holidays.

Enrica's house is in a beautiful location, the house is spacious and with a beautiful garden. You get to a beautiful beach down just 100 steps... a paradise! Enrica is a very attentive and caring host and also very nice... she explained everything and gave us all the necessary info for a fairytale stay! We were a group of 6 people 3 adults and 3 teenagers and the spaces were more than enough.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Excellent experience in the outbuilding of the main villa, with ample outdoor space both covered ( equipped for lunch and with a living room reulax) and discovered from where you have a splendid view of the gulf. The house is well furnished and well kept, great for those looking for tranquility being located on the hill from where you can still reach the sea in 5/10 minutes (Scario) and in an additional 10/15 minutes, the various towns of Capitello di Ispani, Policastro, Sapri, ect. also convenient to reach Palinuro and Marina di Camerota as it takes about 30 minutes to avoid traffic on the main roads. The property is very friendly and available. Highly recommended location!!!

We had a most wonderful stay! The place is spacious, has a perfect location, and the most beautiful view! We felt like at home! It was easy to get to places (it isn't beach- time yet, but the area is full of gorgeous possibilities to hike!) - and we felt good every time we got back to the house. I recommend the place warmly. We spent a week in August at Villa Florio in Maratea and were extremely satisfied. The house is very nice, well divided and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The outdoor spaces are immersed in a well-kept green area, with a beautiful holm oak in the south. Here, you can enjoy breakfast from the sea or relax in the sun in total privacy, all accompanied by an enchanting view of the Gulf of Policastro and breathtaking sunsets. We highly recommend Villa Florio not only for the beauty and uniqueness of the place, but also for the kindness and hospitality of Maria Teresa and her partner, who made our stay even more special. Maratea and Basilicata are lovely places, and this villa is the perfect starting point to discover them.

The house is perfectly matched to what's described on the listing. We stayed in 9 and it was very comfortable. Despite the high outdoor temperatures, the temperature of the house is pleasant without the need to resort to air conditioners or fans. Nothing to complain about at the level of cleanliness, both the common spaces and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The location allows you to walk to a free beach and establishments. Host Vincenzo made himself very helpful from the beginning. Upon our arrival, he provided us with all the necessary information and also gave us several useful tips to visit the main attractions in the area. Overall definitely a very positive experience.

although a little tricky to find at first I cannot explain how beautiful this villa was, beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and so pretty, way out in the countryside it was a beautiful retreat. Eduardo and Stefania were the perfect hosts and so very welcoming and friendly. I for sure will return. thank you

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

One of he best places I’ve stayed

Gianbo’s place was absolutely stunning! Everything was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular and only minutes from the beach! 100% would recommend staying here!

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

My family and I had an absolute blast at Franco's place! The outdoor area with the pool, bbq, fire pit, and large yard was perfect for us. We will absolutely try and book again!

Total silence, spacious well-served spaces, a pool among the olive trees, and nights stormed by stars brighter than precious stones. I don't know how to describe a slice of heaven. A heartfelt thank you to Miriam, always present and available for any needs. We hope to return again next year to have another wonderful vacation in Senise

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

This is an amazing villa. It is the perfect place for multiple families to share a get together while having lots of space for separate time alone.
