Holiday rentals with beach access in Scalea

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Etwas störend war der Lärm von Straße und Eisenbahn.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana in vacanza in questa località nuova per noi. Casa con vista stupenda, un tramonto splendido ;) la consiglio per rilassarsi; inoltre se si ama esplorare i dintorni e le calette più nascoste e rocciose è un ottimo punto di partenza ! Michele è stato super di aiuto per indicazioni varie. Non prende benissimo Internet quindi è perfetto se si vuole staccare un po’ da telefono e pc e fare una settimana di relax completo. La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, panoramica, perfetta per coppie e famiglia.

Stunning apartment on the seafront with sunrise to sunset spectacular views. The property is bang in the middle of the front, amenities, bars and restaurants. We can walk everywhere in this heavenly place that is Villammari and this architect designed apartment is very much in keeping with that beauty. The host is extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. It is also helpful that he speaks several languages because we are only beginners in Italian language. We cannot recmmend this prorty highly enough. OTIMO!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

non potevo trovare di meglio...appartamento impeccabile...soddisfatto al 1000%...2 passi e stavo in spiaggia e circondato da tutti i servizi che servono ad una famiglia in vacanza..dai supermercati ecc...spero di ritornarci l'anno prox.Struttura sopra gli standard

L'appartamento ampio e confortevole, terrazza ventilata da dove si può ammirare il mare. A 200 Mt si trova la spiaggia ed un'ottima pasticceria siciliana Il proprietario gentile e premuroso Suggerimento: la wi. fi dato che la connessione non sempre funziona nella zona

Kleine, helle Wohnung mit Meersicht aus allen Zimmern. Nicht ganz so neu, wie die Fotos auf den ersten Blick erscheinen, aber zweckmässig aufgefrischt und eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, und nett eingerichtet. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und super flexibler, netter Drittkontakt für Check-in/Check-out. Strategisch super gelegen dank der nahen Autostrasse für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. PS: Anfahrt über den nahen Kreisel dort nehmen, denn die andere Variante im Go.gle führt über eine mit Tor verschlossene Privatstrasse. Viel rausgeholt aus dem kleinen Platz. Besonders schätzten wir den lauschigen Frühstücksbalkon ^_^ !

L'appartamento ristrutturato recentemente era molto bello... Moderno e con tutte le cose necessarie! Posizione per noi perfetta... Vicino al mare, ben servita e tranquilla.... Ottimo tutto... Se poi si volesse la "perfezione"... Basterebbe trovare nella casa qualche servizio in più... Il sapone esempio, la carta igienica ( qualche rotolino) ... Quelle cose che doversele andare a comprare noiano un pò. Ma ripeto, se proprio si vuole la perfezione!! Marianeve sempre molto attenta e risponde subito... Comunque il voto è 10

Appartamento spazioso e pulito con comodissimo parcheggio interno alla proprietà. Spazio esterno in giardino riservato all’appartamento con tavoli sedie per mangiare e comodi sdrai il tutto con vista mare. Donato e sua madre sono stati gentilissimi, ho chiesto di poter dare il check-in prima dell’orario previsto e non ci sono stati problemi. Posizione fantastica per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Super consigliato.

Location perfetta a pochi passi dal paese e di fronte al mare. Giardino stupendo e vista mozzafiato! La villetta, munita di ogni necessità, è molto privata e tranquilla. Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

Geweldig gehad hier. Op de heenweg kwamen wij aan in het donker en hadden daardoor wat moeite het huis te vinden. Een pand voor het huis blokkeert enigzins het uitzicht, maar desalniettemin fantastisch verblijf. Heerlijke tuin, grote kamers, huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een leuk centrum nabij. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd dus voor ons makkelijk te bereiken. Leuk en lekker gegeten in het winkelstraatje van Scalea bij Vularie Siciliane, zeer betaalbaar ook! Aanrader, zandstrand bij lido de Azzuro, prachtige baai, mooi omringd door bergen. Bereikbaar via een (pittige) trap. Sylwia heeft veel leuke tips gegeven. Bedankt voor een heerlijke week Sylwia.

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

Un piccolo gioiello situato in una posizione davvero strategica. La distanza dal mare ( e che mare!) e dai servizi essenziali è davvero esigua. La struttura eccelle nella pulizia delle camere (molto attenta la scelta dei materiali) e nei servizi che offre agli ospiti, soprattutto ai più piccoli (il parco giochi nel giardino è stata una manna dal cielo). Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Struttura davvero consigliata, soprattutto vista l'ottima qualità/prezzo! Ancora complimenti.

Già durante il viaggio Maria Francesca,moglie di Orazio,ci ha contattato per poter essere puntuale per accoglierci. All'arrivo ci ha mostrato l'appuntamento che,come da descrizione, è molto grande ed accogliente. Dotato di due bagni super funzionali,cucina spaziosa corredata da tutto quello che può essere utile. Letti comodissimi con materassi nuovi Mi sono subito sentita a mio agio avendo tutte le comodità che si possono avere a casa propria. Mariafrancesca è stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità con contatti telefonici o wathsapp. Ci è stato messo a disposizione anche un garage per l'auto. La posizione è ottimale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Diamante,cittadina deliziosa e a pochi passi dal mare. Soggiorno gradevolissimo e certamente ci ritorneremo...a presto.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

La signora Maria si è mostrata disponile sin dall’inizio della prenotazione. Una persona gentilissima e sempre disponile. La casa è perfetta sia nella pulizia , che nella posizione. Perfetta sia per le famiglie che per i gruppi di amici. L’unica pecca è che non si poteva lasciare cibo aperto a causa delle formiche , si potrebbe rimediare facilmente con un prodotto apposito. Un weekend per perfetto, nel pieno del comfort

Wir haben uns bei Rosalba sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemlos, flexibel, schnell. Es war sehr ruhig, das lag sicher auch daran, dass die benachbarten Wohnungen weitestgehend unbewohnt waren.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro del paese. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la casa è accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

This apartment was clean, spacious, and excellently located. It was an easy walk to the center of town town, but on a quiet side street. Maratea is charming and I highly recommend this apartment. Biagio was available when we needed him, and was very helpful. I appreciated that he arranged a taxi for us a couple of times.

We loved our stay at Rainbow. Ilaria and Sergio were so kind and helpful. They even helped with our lost luggage issue which is certainly going above and beyond their hosting duties. They really made us feel welcome, gave wonderful recommendations for the area and were never intrusive in any way. The apartment is beautifully situated and beautifully appointed. I had a hard time convinving myself to leave the deck--the view is spectacular! Also, the apartment was very comfortable. My son, my daughter, a friend and I had plenty of space and everything we needed. We spent two weeks at Rainbow, and we hope to come back often.
