A lovely purpose built annexe, with fitted kitchen to include washing machine,dishwasher,refridgerator,oven/hob and microwave.Lounge has TV with dvd,books and games,wi-fi,sofa-bed and French doors to garden with garden chairs/table and BBQ.The bedroom has a superking sized bed that can be unzipped and unlinked to make two singles if required and built-in wardrobes.Bathroom has shower over bath with basin and W.C.The property has underfloor heating and secure outside storage for bicycles etc.

River View cottage is located in the village of Lazonby, which is in the heart of the Eden Valley and the perfect cosy location to relax and explore the Lake District. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds. There is a utility attached to the kitchen and a wood-burning stove in the lounge. The garden has a patio with a table and chairs and looks out onto neighbouring fields and countryside.
