Situé sur la commune de Passy, dans le hameau recherché des Outards — surnommé le "Petit Nice" pour son ensoleillement— ce mazot Savoyard de 49 m² a été rénové avec goût. Ce qui nous tenait à cœur : offrir bien plus qu'un toit pour quelques nuits. Un endroit où l'on prend le temps de cuisiner de bons repas, où l'on s'attarde sur la terrasse au petit matin avec un café, où l'on rentre le soir d'une randonnée pour partager une raclette sans rien avoir à improviser. Tout a été choisi avec soin.

Extra small bedroom with bunkbed. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom has a shower and a washing and drying machine . .

The Cime Bianche lifts are easily accessible with the free shuttle bus to the house. Cime Bianche connects Valtournenche to Cervinia and Zermatt.

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!
