We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

Relax in this calm & stylish space where you can recharge while enjoying the local beach, walks, cafes. Our beach is only a 2 min walk, where you can stroll, swim, surf or fish. The studio apartment is spacious with a very comfortable Queen bed with quality linen bedding. The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. We're back!!! After being away on an extended holiday we're opening up the Funky Cabin again. Only 100 metres from the beautiful Bellinger river. Relax in this unique and spacious studio, chill on the hammock or watch Netflix whilst having a rejuvenating bath. Enjoy a BBQ and wine on the deck and take in the bird life. Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

Idyllic cabin on the Dorrigo Escarpment

Self-contained mountain top cabin with incredible views over the Bellinger Valley and beyond. The cabin is newly renovated with a kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. It comes with a deck for your private use and uninterrupted views of the breathtaking sunset. We will be on hand for any advice or help but you will be left to enjoy your stay. A short drive from the Dorrigo township and National Park, but otherwise serenely secluded on our 50-acre property. Idyllic farm cabin.

Wattle St Beach House- steps from the beach!

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

7 on May

7 on May is a self contained guest suite. The accomodation has easy parking and a private entrance. It is situated on a quiet street with a queen bedroom, well appointed bathroom, large open-plan living space and a private courtyard. A short, level stroll to the centre of Sawtell Village takes you to the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs & pubs and boutique shopping.

Never Never Cabin

A spacious cabin in a rural setting with magnificent views of the Never Never range. There is a king bed, quality linens and a claw foot bath. A wood fire for colder evenings and air-con for hot days. Walk to the river and forest. This is private and inspiring accomodation 10 mins from Bellingen, a perfect retreat. Organic muesli and fruit provided for breakfast.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, air-conditioned space. Recently renovated granny flat, large master suite with king bed, built in robe and ensuite. Fully equipped kitchen featuring dishwasher and electric cook top, dining/lounge area, and a perfect court yard garden retreat. Completely private, and located just an easy stroll from the beach and cafes.
