Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sawtell

Helen & Jack were wonderful hosts. We felt right at home in their cabin. Beautiful surroundings and a very peaceful space tucked aware with the wildlife. We loved their personal tips of where to explore and the breakfast was a great addition, meaning we had more time to explore Bellingen.

Steve’s place was perfect for our visit to Sawtell. The house was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Steve’s place is a short drive to town and local shops. Would happily stay here again.

Check in: out was simple, and we had a great instruction manual which gave us great ideas of things to do in surrounding areas. Stayed a night at Andrew’s amazing cabin, it was meticulously maintained and well stocked with snacks and breakfast staples. The views are incredible, we watched a glorious sunrise before we continued our journey home. Would love to spend a few days here rather than just passing through for 1 night. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here.

The place is perfect with a beautiful view of the Kalang river and close to the beach as well. With the kayaks at the property, it was so much fun to paddle around on the river. There is a shell gas station right across the street which makes it easy for any immediate requirement. Overall, my friends and I had a great couple of days. Thanks Sarah!!

Ginger is a beautiful property in a stunning location on the Coffs Coast. Alan met us and showed us around and was very friendly and helpful. The property was perfect for us and the two dogs were very comfortable and catered to also. I would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful apartment very tastefully furnished, with a great verandah area very private with a lovely view. We felt very relaxed here and would have no hesitation recommending this beautiful apartment for a stay in Coffs Harbour.

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely house in Coffs Harbour. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away, especially one of them has become our favourite should we come back again for another visit! The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay. It made the whole experience feel very welcoming and stress-free. We especially enjoyed the scenic coastal and beach walks around the area—Coffs Harbour is truly a gem for nature lovers and people enjoying bush walk activities. Lovely, clean and comfortable place just a few steps away from the boardwalk, grocer and several cafes and restaurants. Isabel made sure we felt welcome and communicated often to check how we were going. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you Isabel! 🙏🌷😊

My daughter and I stayed here on our back from Qld to Sydney. Kaye and David were great easy to communicate with. Great supply of coffee (we are nurses) and breakfast supied was just right. Bathroomis awesome comfortable bed and beaut linen. Easy walk to the beach with kangaroos, scrub birds and nature on the way. Lovely spot

Ken’s unit is spacious, full of natural light and very comfortable to relax in. The outlook that sweeps around the living area is just stunning. What you get to enjoy on a one hour loop from the house is Equally amazing. We loved it.

I booked this apartment last minute and it was great!!! It’s a lot more spacious than it appears in the photos and really cozy. AMAZING views from the apartment being on the 5th floor. I think it probably has some of the best round views you can get in holiday accommodation there. I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view for half the day. Some of the decor was like a time time warp to the 80s which I also loved! Very clean tidy cosy but spacious. Easy walk to cafe or beach or dine out.
