This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

Hidden Hilltop Cabin

Escape to our very private, peaceful and quiet family cabin perched on a hilltop in the countryside of upstate NY. You'll unplug and watch birds from the porch, hear distant farm animals in the day and the coyotes and owls at night. A nature lovers retreat. There's plenty to do in the area as well. We're just south of the Finger Lakes and wine country, Watkins Glen International and The Gorge, Corning Museum of Glass and Market Street and countless state parks for hiking, biking, boating etc.

Mountain Rose Horse Farm - Studio Loft

Mountain Rose Farm is a private horse farm in the Finger Lakes owned by two country-born-&-raised sisters. Located on 92 scenic park-like acres, the farm invites you to take a step back and enjoy the trails through the woods or relax by the secluded pond. Though the farm feels remote, it is only minutes away from many wineries and Keuka Lake. The Studio Loft offers a full kitchen, spacious studio layout, and barn beam accents. You can even add horseback riding to your stay at Mountain Rose!

Modern Villa Vineyard Stay on Historic Property

Enjoy a beautiful new small home in the heart of the Fingerlakes- minutes from downtown Watkins Glen! This home - Villa Sage - is located on a historic property that was once a winery. The villa sits on a small vineyard and offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside offers high ceilings, a huge shower with a rainfall showerhead, a Japanese joinery bed, plush linens, a well appointed kitchen, a convertible sofa, & much more. Outside offers a private firepit/lounge space & vineyard.

The Lodge

This A-frame sits on 75 acres of woods boarding 4000 acres of New York State Land that offers access to the Finger Lakes trails. The Lodge boasts 28 foot high ceilings in the great room, with an overlooking master loft. This spacious house offers over 4000 square feet of usable space. The remote property is centrally located in the Finger Lakes region with close proximity to Corning and Watkins Glen. This property is undergoing continuous upgrades to enhance comfort levels.

Quiet cottage in the country

Great Finger Lakes location at the intersection of Keuka & Seneca wine trails, lakes, hiking, fishing, museums, Amish country market and more. Our cottage sleeps 6 people, with three bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 full) and one bathroom. Cottage has a living room, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and a writing space. Our outdoor amenities include a large stone fire pit, grill, patio with outdoor dining furniture, and plenty of space for parking (room for your boat, too!).

The Cabin

Experience true relaxation at this updated cabin just up the hill from the beautiful small town of Hammondsport, NY and the head of Keuka Lake. Explore the countless wineries nearby making up the Keuka lake wine trail, along with several breweries and distilleries. Surrounded by picturesque wooded landscape and open fields, enjoy cooking on the grill, over a campfire, or chose one of the unique restaurants in downtown Hammondsport or others nearby.

Coca Cola Cabin (So cute)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway Coca Cola themed! 🙂Located on 88 acres close to all things Finger Lakes! 15 min from the Corning Museum of Glass and all the great restaurants on Cornings historic Market Street. 30 min from Watkins Glen race track and the beautiful Watkin Gorge. The porch seat has a view of the night sky that is incredible on a clear night. Has a great pavilion with bathrooms. No bathroom in the cabin.

Dividing Waters- A retreat with stunning views

Stunning Views of water, woods, and pastures are here to enjoy! Experience our private 200 acres, with trails in the woods and pastures. You have a private deck with furniture for relaxing and dining. At the water, there's a fire pit for grilling and bonfires (firewood provided). In the evening, watch the sunset over the water or the sky after dark. The home is located in the heart of Amish country, near Corning and the Finger Lakes area.

Watkins Glen Country Living

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in the country setting of Watkins Glen, NY. The whole house is dedicated to your enjoyable guest experience with 3 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, of which the master bath has both a shower and jetted tub. Come enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by fields and beautiful views. The interior of the house was completely remodeled and painted in 2024.
