WELCOME: Come relax in my recently built timber-framed house, designed to enjoy a few days in the countryside, surrounded by fields, vineyards, and forests. Classified as 4-star tourist accommodation in 2026. Bread will be delivered the day after your arrival. As a Superhost since 2023, the house must be left in the same clean condition as it was upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE 1: This rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Quiet in the countryside

Spacious, self-contained accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers in search of tranquillity, we acquired this old farmhouse nestled in a green setting, surrounded by pastures, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
