House holiday rentals in Savignano sul Rubicone

Wij verbleven met onze vriendengroep in het huis van Nicola en het was fantastisch! Prachtig huis, precies zoals op de foto’s. Mooi uitzicht en een heerlijke rustige omgeving. De chef kok en de pizza party zijn echt een aanrader, onwijs van genoten! Wij raden dit huis zeker aan voor vriendengroepen/familie’s!! :)

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderschöne Woche! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und toll gelegen mit einem super Ausblick! Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders toll war auch, dass das ganze Haus Fliegengitter hatte, die haben wir auf jeden Fall gebraucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits vom Trubel, was wir so auch wollten. Mit unserem Auto haben wir schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Monia und ihrem Mann lief super. Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

Abbiamo alloggiato in 13 presso la casa di Angelo, per il weekend del 2 giugno. La casa è molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, è molto spaziosa sia all interno che all esterno, con un patio e un giardino che offrono una bellissima vista. La piscina essendo fuori terra non è grandissima ma assolutamente funzionale per rifrescarsi mentre ci si gode il giardino, ed è stata molto sfruttata dalle 5 bambine del gruppo che si sono divertite moltissimo! Angelo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti, un ottimo host!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch in einer absolut ruhigen Lage mit herrlichem Blick in die Hügellandschaft gelegen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight und fühlte sich fast wie ein privater Pool an – ideal zum Abkühlen und Genießen. Auch der liebevoll angelegte Garten hat zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Adriana, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Die Gegend ist perfekt zum Radfahren und Entschleunigen – wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Zeer mooi en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was ook netjes schoon. Het zwembad en de airco zijn een verademing in de warmte. Zwembad werd ook keurig bijgehouden. Leuke aankleding bij het zwembad met zitjes en en ligbedden beschikbaar. Je hoort inderdaad de nabij gelegen weg, maar wij vonden dat niet storend. De communicatie met de verhuurder was super. Ze gaven leuke en goede tips voor uitjes en voorzieningen en hielpen zelfs met een ontstoken muggenbeet. Er is van alles te doen in de omgeving, maar niet super toeristisch. En de hondjes Susie en Mila zijn echt hartstikke lief. De geitjes, kippen en gans pasten helemaal in het landelijke gebied. Dank voor het aangename verblijf!

Nous avons loué le logement pour un roulage sur le circuit de Misano. Le gîte se situe proche du circuit et proche de restaurants accessible à pieds. Les hôtes sont disponible et très sympathique. Le logement est fidèle à la description. Nous recommandons.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig und gut gelegen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Sara war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Had a great stay! The drive is beautiful. Easy to get to San Marino.

Sono stati giorni splendidi. Borghetto spettacolare e caratteristico. L'alloggio era rustico e ben tenuto, con un camino enorme in cui poter cucinare. Cielo stellato e rumore del ruscello, per il resto silenzio e quiete. Un sacco di passeggiate da fare e vicino il castello di gello, una sorpresa affascinante e fiabesca. Petra super gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da ritornarci per ricaricare le batterie e allontanarsi dalla frenesia della città

Non solo l’alloggio di Giovanna soddisfa per la sua ottima e particolare posizione (proprio sotte un ponte romanico, a due passi dalla piazza, dai ristoranti e dal fiume), ma l’accoglienza è qualcosa di unico. Nessuno in un Airbnb ci aveva mai fatto trovare un dolce fatto in casa per la colazione (e con che maestria dalla madre di Giovanna) e si era preso tanto a cuore il benessere del nostro cane oltre che il nostro. Mercatello sul Metauro è un piccolo gioiello e questa casa completa il quadro. Torneremo sicuramente!

Huge thanks to Michelangelo and Grazia!They made Rimini trip very memorable. Apartment is truly a hidden gem, clean and spacious. Everything was just like in the pictures and even better. Apartment is located at the most beautiful location in Rimini, you can even see ponte di Tiberio through bedroom window. We were provided with restaurant recommendation which were great! Host was very responsive and extremely helpful.

Staying in Cesena at Filippo’s place worked very well for us. It is a central location that allowed us to easily drive to San Marino, to the beaches at Cesenatico, and to Santarcangelo to tour the underground tunnels. In the evening we could quickly walk to the old town center to enjoy a restaurant and the charm of the city. The apartment is air conditioned which was wonderful during very hot weather. Filippo is so friendly and helpful. We recommend staying at Filippo’s place.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Casa Vittoria und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Carla & Roberto sind tolle Gastgeber, die und freundlich begrüßt haben und immer erreichbar waren. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und top modern. Auch für unseren 10 Monate alten Sohn war alles notwendige wie Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, sodass wir nicht nur Lugo gut zu Fuß erkunden könnten, sondern mit dem Auto auch schnell in Ravenna und am Strand waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, Vielen Dank!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Bel rustico immerso nelle verdi colline vicino Urbino. Ideale per visitare la città e i dintorni. Mara è stata estremamente gentile e amichevole. Il posto perfetto anti stress per chi cerca un soggiorno nella tranquillità e nella pace.

This is hands-down the best AirBnB in the best little town in Italy. It’s the first time I’ve ever driven into a literal castle to park my car. Hopefully it won’t be my last. Joana was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. And she gave very clear instructions for arriving at and entering her apartment—not an easy feat in Italy. My favorite part of my stay was opening my windows in the morning and being greeted by an adorable nonna in the apartment across the street—“Buongiorno!” If you’re looking for a bona fide, non-touristy Italy experience, this is the spot for you.

Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war jederzeit herzlich. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out, den ihre Mutter übernommen hat, verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Inserat – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommensbrot sowie über die bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Trinkwasser und Milch. Ein kostenloser, abgesperrter Parkplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar und liegt relativ zentral zwischen der Altstadt von San Marino und der Staatsgrenze – beides ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch nicht direkt ums Eck.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

Nicola bnb was amazing! Perfect to relax and such a lovely bnb. Nicola is the perfect host. Highly recommend. So very beautiful with surrounding huge mountains. A great base to explore surrounding areas. And a bonus, the cats are geougous. Thank you

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
