Parking is offered free of charge in the yard as well as on the street outside. In 10 minutes, you can reach Liseberg/Avenyn by tram or bicycle and 15 minutes to the central station by tram. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
