There is proximity to Lycke Golf Club, Tofta Manor, Stall Tofta with pleasure riding for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand is only 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes to Gothenburg.

Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
