Wonderful stay! Great views with an awesome screened in porch! Close to town yet private on a gated property. Perfect for a couple.

Our group had an amazing time staying at Joys place. We are a very outdoorsy active group and after a day of snorkeling or hiking it was always nice coming back to her place for the amazing sunsets. You're super close to grocery stores restaurants equipment rentals shopping. Would absolutely recommend. Her and Chris were very quick and responsive with anything we needed.

Jon and Jude were two of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced! They were kind, communicative, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. The place was paradise - clean, beautiful, everything we wanted - and we can’t wait to return!!! Thank you, Jon and Jude! Hope to see you again!

I can't say enough about this space. The room was spacious and clean. Nice sized bathroom. It is a very peaceful area and just a few steps away from the beach. We enjoyed snorkeling and some night kayaking. We also enjoyed some relaxing time by the pool. There are two great restaurants with views of the beach on location, and you are walking distance to additional restaurants at the Ritz Carlton. I loved the nightly walks on the beach after dining. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I loved that I could bring my 5lbs chihuahua and everyone was so sweet to her. We were a 5 min taxi ride away from Red Hook where we enjoyed some shopping additional dining, nightlife and a ferry to St. Johns. Jennifer was super responsive and very clear with instructions and things to do. I recommend this location to anyone that want to be away from the noise and want to embrace the tranquility and the beauty that is St. Thomas.

This place was so clean and comfortable. After long days on the beach, I looked forward to coming back to the nest. As a solo traveler who doesn’t drive, the only note I have is that the nest is far from cabs and taxis. I had to walk a bit and hitchhike to get anywhere, which isn’t a big complaint but worth noting!

Jon is a wonderful host. We have stayed there multiple times and are always pleased and amazed at the house. So much room, and the kitchen and living area are incredible to hang out in. Looking out of the house through the sliding doors to the bay cannot be accurately described. Great location for a direct walk to downtown Cruz Bay and all restaurants. You have to stay here!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Ms Jackie was so helpful and always available to answer our questions and provide suggestions. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

Thank you Deb and Rob for a great stay. Small but spacious enough for 2 people. The place looks just like the pictures, great location and just a few minutes away from the beach (walking distance). The check-in process was fast and easy. Our plane landed around 11am and Deb allowed us to check-in at 1pm which was awesome. Deb and Rob had great recommendations and responded almost immediately to the few questions we had. They also suggested we get a rental car which I am so grateful that we did! Overall, amazing spot and we would definitely recommend staying here :) Thanks again! 🩷

Our stay at Darryl & Deb's couldn't have been better. From the minute we booked our trip, they were in communication and provided answers for anything we inquired about. On the day of our arrival, we found everything to be as described and never had a complaint for the 10 days we stayed. The location of their condo is prime, with the patio being just steps to the water. It is also close - but not too close - to the bar and several options for eating, as well as the area where live music or a DJ is provided on weekends. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 10 days and really can't think of anything that we would improve upon. Thank you Darryl and Deb for your hospitality. We will be back!

Great place to stay! Very convenient if you want to explore St. John too! John was responsive and kind. We really appreciated the recommendations and insights into the area prior to our stay. We would love to stay here again soon!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

Matt is a great host. very responsive, place is clean and good Location. This was our 2nd time staying at Matt’s, definitely will be back.

From the moment I saw the listing I fell in love with the home. Once I arrived o realized why. It felt like home (only in paradise). The home was perfectly described. Meghan and the crew were amazing and so responsive and willing to help with any questions we had. Their concierge Chloe was also extremely helpful. A week wasn’t long enough and I can’t wait to go back!

So many things to say....Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING about our stay in the US Virgin Islands was amazing! Originally we were only suppose to stay 2 nights in St Thomas, and the remaining 2 nights in St John. Although we loved both islands, we decided to stay and enjoy our entire trip in Pleasant Point! Just wrote a long message but not enough space, so takeaways: RESTAURANT: Picasso Coffee (2 min right), Oceans 180 (Dexter-on-site), Pesce Italian (Richie Red Hook), Carigas Island Cafe (Daria west of Red Hook), XO for late night (Audrey? Red Hook), Cruz Bay Landing (St Thomas Cruz Bay), Windmill Bar (St Thomas top of mountain!) Beaches: St Thomas-Sapphire Beach (restaurants), Coki Beach (restaurants), Magens Bay Beach (restaurants, $9pp) | St John-Hawksnest Beach, Trunk Bay ($9 pp, food/drinks, #1 beach in the world, Great Cinnamon Bay (FAV), Maho Bay Beach (food/drinks) Taxis take you anywhere for $14 pp, or $9 pp per stop. If you rent a car, get something 4 wheel drive!!!!

This place is a gem. I believe every unit is worth it. I enjoyed this unit being on the second floor. I loved the large patio for looking at and enjoying the beach. The unit was very clean which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. The unit has everything you need to cook and has plenty of towels. The property is stunning. You’re literally at one of the most beautiful locations, right on the beach with walking access to good food and drinks. I highly recommend.

Molly was a great host, everything was exactly as advertised and she quickly responded to every question I had. One of the most friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with while traveling and I could not have been happier with my experience staying at her place! 10/10

Tressa was great communicating and the binder they leave is great. The house is exactly as described and is beautiful. My wife is already bugging me to go back. We could only book for six nights due to availability so we stayed our last night at the Ritz. Villa Del Mar was cleaner than our room at the Ritz. Thank you for a great experience and will be booking again here soon.

We had a wonderful time at St. Thomas! Our first few days on the island we stayed with a friend that lives on the island. That was helpful, as the driving and roads are different then where we are from. I would suggest clicking on the directions on the Airbnb app to get the the house and use google maps. The house itself was more then we expected! The view from the back side of the house is directly to the ocean for miles and miles beautiful would be an understatement! Very spacious and we loved the layout! Our teenage boys had their own area and absolutely enjoyed relaxing in the pool! Two of the suites had a mini kitchen, perfect if you want a late night snack and do not wish to disturb anyone else they also had a private balcony, so peacful to hear the waves at night! There were also alot of little things that came with the house, play pens, box fans, bug spray, sunscreen etc. It was almost like we were at home! Roxanne was quick to respond with answers to any questions! Five ⭐️s!

La Sirena is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The location is private which was perfect for us. Eileen was helpful and answered all of my questions! Few tips she had was to rent a car from St. Thomas, get groceries in St. Thomas (very important if you want variety and to save some money), local beach recommendations, etc! Definitely recommend future guests to follow those tips! The kitchen was stocked with most things a person needs to cook with. La Sirena had storage containers for left overs, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, microwave, grill & grill utensils, coolers for the beach, ice packs, etc! WiFi was great! AT&T did get service at the house, but I did loose reception on the way to the house. The Salt Pond Beach was our favorite place to go! It was absolutely beautiful and the crowd was few (especially compared to the North side). I’m confident anyone would find La Sirena as an awesome place to relax and enjoy the island!

Water Island was absolutely beautiful! Our stay was amazing—even when we ran into island-related issues like a power outage, both Isla and Erin were quick to jump in and get everything up and running again, even over Easter weekend! This was our first time visiting the islands for my birthday trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was stunning, with the best views! Haze was an angel—such a sweet boy who kept us company while we missed our own cats. We’ve already decided to make this a yearly tradition and plan to stay at Isla’s for many years to come. We absolutely loved this place—it was the perfect getaway!

MAGNIFICENT unit!!! The inside has a nice open floor plan with privacy shutters to the bedroom. The balcony was perfect for my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night, overlooking beautiful sapphire beach! The bathroom is GORGEOUS! The double sink, the spacious shower.. incredible! The condo was stocked with everything you need! I didn’t have to bring half of what I packed! Everything listed is what you get, and so much more! This unit is fantastic and I would t stay anywhere else! Meghan thank you for everything and going above and beyond to help me with my “hiccup” and finding me the accommodation for the 1 night I “goofed up” on! You’re an angel! Can’t wait to come back! I didn’t get enough of the island!

Lovely stay! It was perfect for a family of 4 with the washer & dryer and two full bathrooms. Beach was beautiful and snorkeling was fantastic! It was nice to be several buildings down from the restaurants and busy part of the resort. Also, easy to rent a boat from the marina in walking distance (GoMojo). Would absolutely stay again. Words can’t describe how pleased we were with our stay! The place is just gorgeous, the pictures are great but in person it is even better if that’s possible :)! The view is stunning! The attention to details in the home are just above and beyond! We felt right at home with how homey and cozy it was! Cinda is an amazing host, the attention to details from reservation to check out, always made sure all was perfect for our stay! You will not be disappointed with your stay at Cinda’s place! The location is great, perfect for all of our stops during our stay! We can’t wait to be back and stay once again in this beautiful home!
