The house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Set on a wooded plot, your children will be able to fully enjoy this outdoor space! Come and discover this small village, close to all the essential shops located in the middle of the Auvergne volcanoes. 45 minutes from the Super Besse, Le Lioran, Le Mont Dore ski resorts. You will enjoy the many hiking trails and beautiful landscapes! The family-friendly municipal pool will welcome you.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Shops are 200m from the property and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is a former mining city that is close to several lakes for swimming in the summer (car) and several hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts within an hour by car.
