In the heart of Lausanne, a place to be.

Located in the center of the city the metro and buses are arriving right on my place. Not really convient if arriving by car. The room has a very comfortable bed, a desk and a cupboard to store. The window is giving on the pedestrian street and can be noisy with the animation of the market (Wednesday & Saturday) or at night with the people going out of the bars. But quiet if the window is closed. Leaving room, bath room and kitchen are to be shared with me and my son if we here.

Brand new apartment, 4th floor with elevator elevator. Kitchen, living room and office form one space, very bright. The office is available. Independent room of 11 m2 with a double bed of 140 cm. Located in an eco-district without a car, very peaceful, 50m from a Migros trade, a post office, cafes-restaurants. Access to PRMs. Three bus lines 5'away. Washer and dryer, no TV. Smoking is allowed in the loggia. Inhabited apartment, please respect private belongings.

Charming Renovated Farmhouse Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! We renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (est. 1870) to feature this charming independent flat! There is a grocery store (150m away), along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is housemade. A forest & small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers & city enthusiasts alike. 10 minutes to the city center by car and easy to get to by bus (line 8).

Nice recent and fully furnished studio of approx. 27 m2 on the lower ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Bedroom area with 160x200 bed and wardrobe, sofa bed, small open plan kitchen arranged and equipped, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, underfloor heating, blackout outdoor electric blinds. Beautiful and large wooded garden, quiet area of Chailly. No smoking for 1 or 2 people.

Luca is a very uncomplicated and courteous host. Everything that can be used is marked with "GUEST". There is also enough space for your own belongings. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Price-performance is extremely good. I'd be happy to come back.
