The annex is an independent house located on 26,000 m2 of land, with a shared swimming pool of 12 m x 4 m. It was completely renovated in 2024. It has a total floor area of 90 m², comprising two 25 m² bedrooms (two beds in total), a 25 m² fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and an entrance hall. We offer a table d'hôte, by reservation. Leopold and I will make sure that your stay is as relaxing as possible for you.

Levernois is a charming little flowery village 2 minutes from the toll and 5 minutes from BEAUNE. Clos du Orger was thought of as a safe harbor. The large living room open to the garden sets the tone. At the opening the sliding bay window disappears into the walls offering a magnificent living bucolic picture.
