Situé dans le jardin arboré de notre maison avec vue imprenable sur le pont canal, quartier Jasmin. 
Proche de la gare et de l'hypercentre (10min à pied). Garage disponible pour vélos. Studio de 20m² équipé d'une clim réversible, lit, Tv connectée, bureau et table pliante. Salle d'eau avec WC. L'accès au studio se fait via des escaliers (4étages). Le plafond est à 1m70 au plus bas. Draps et serviettes fournis. Logement non fumeur, fêtes interdites, maximum 2 personnes. Frais de ménage compris.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Un coffre à clé vous attend pour ouvrir ce petit studio refait à neuf offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un agréable séjour. Idéal pour 1 à 2 personnes. Draps et serviettes de bain sont fournis. Mis à disposition:café, thé, tisane, chocolat en poudre, lait. Des petites douceurs sont prévus pour votre accueil.

Sophie et Jean-Louis artistes plasticiens, sont heureux de vous recevoir dans ce logement calme et élégant conçut pour les amoureux de la nature et de l’art. Ce logement indépendant avec son jardin privatif est attaché à notre maison ancienne au cœur d’une belle campagne. Refait à neuf en juillet 2021, il convient parfaitement à 2 personnes, (literie neuve et modulable). A 10 min de Nérac, jolie ville historique, à 30 min d’Agen et à 1h30 de Bordeaux ou Toulouse.

For a stop, a break, check yourself out in this unique and tranquil home. Consisting of a bedroom with desk and seating area, a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen. WC and private bathroom. Possibility to access the pool in the summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. ( bread, 1 baked goods per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
