Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Very spacious accommodation for 4 people (6 with a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms). Two large bathrooms. A large kitchen with everything you need for cooking. A 500 m2 exterior with 2 terraces. One overlooking the kitchen and the other side of the living room. A large living room with a wood-burning stove and a large comfortable sofa. Three TVs (kitchen, bedroom and living room), 3 toilets. For all ages there is a trampoline in the garden, a foosball table and a Wii.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

The house is located in a quiet residential area towards municipal facilities. Parking is very easy. 5-minute walk to the city center. The wooded park is more than 3000 m2. It is a single-story house, so it is convenient for people with mobility issues. The living room is large and allows you to move around easily when there are many of you. According to the people who tested it, you sleep well there.
