The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Our apartment is located 50 km south of Munich in Gaißach. With very good transport connections (30 minutes from the A8, 5 minutes to the train station), it is ideal for hiking, skiing or swimming. In the apartment on the second floor of our new building, you will find a bathroom with shower/bathtub, as well as two (and if necessary another) bedroom. Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Welcome to our cozy corner in Aying! Beautifully located between Munich and the Alps in an Upper Bavarian village, our apartment is in the basement of a newly renovated country house. The house was completely renovated and energetically modernized in 2023. We paid attention to high-quality furnishings with solid wood furniture and put great emphasis on every detail.
