In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet outdoor terrace of 35m2. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 and a sofa bed . The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays .

In a corner of greenery on the heights of Rochetaillée, Le Haut sur la Colline is a quiet and relaxing place. Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it gives, with a wide and unobstructed view, on the Monts d 'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

For your relaxation, you will have access to Netflix as well as a salt pool (upon request), shared with us.

The house is an old residence from the 1530s, owned by a cardinal, with a view of the Saône and a park available. At the gates of Lyon, it has benefited from a complete quality renovation. In a luxurious and comfortable environment, you will enjoy 115 square metres of: - its two original round and AIR-CONDITIONED rooms - ceiling heights, mural of its reception room, - independent kitchen - two bathrooms. Our house, nestled in the heart of the village of Vancia, behind the church, allows a comfortable and quiet stay with family, friends or colleagues. It is located 2 km from Espace 140, 12 km from Eurexpo, 12 km from the heart of Lyon. In terms of transport: - public transport (bus stop 200 m away; Part-Dieu station 12 km away) - A6 and A7 highways accessible via the Rocade EST de Lyon It is also possible to jog in the surrounding fields and woods!

Maison Couzon in Mont d'Or

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
