The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The sleeping area is in an attic mezzanine, with a double bed with quality bedding. This 6.2 m² night space has a height of 1.3 m at the highest, you will have to duck. Great location: - 10-minute walk to the gendarmerie examination center - Sathonay station 500 m away, (Part-Dieu in 8 minutes) - Bus stop line 9 at 600 m, (35 minutes from Lyon city center)

Lyon 6/Tête d'Or Park/downtown

Luxury apartment, you will be delighted to stay in this pleasant, fully equipped and air-conditioned accommodation! Perfectly located, whether for a business stay or for leisure, matches, concerts and sightseeing! The 6th arrondissement is a quiet area while being close to the train station, shops and restaurants! You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

You can enjoy the proximity of Lyon in the quiet of the city of Fontaines sur Saône. Very close to the Saône and its various activities, you can rent canoes, paddles, boats without a license and walk along the Saône.
