Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sarzana

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to the complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small but at the same time, spacious apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, you need a car to get to the sea. The only flaw, if you have a large car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. But this was communicated in advance. We had no problem. Thank you very much Maria Victoria for everything. We will definitely be back. Greetings also to Shaggy, the house dog. Very nice.😍

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended us very good restaurants and even booked them for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We felt super comfortable and would also recommend the accommodation. Thumbs up, thank you Michele 👌🏼🥂

A real gem to discover the wonderful Levanto, we hope to be back!

The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cosy, the giant garden, well maintained and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea that offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and nature!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning Tuscan landscape was a true highlight. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit earlier than planned due to health reasons, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Mrs Gabriella was really so kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but she helped us check-in early even though she was on duty. The accommodation is so clean and well-organized. In addition, she provided fruits, bread, snacks, wine, and harmonies etc. If I have a chance, I would like to stay at the accommodation again. See you again!!

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Andrea truly is a Super Host, nothing was too much trouble, very responsive to queries. Spent a month at Andrea's beautiful apartment, was exactly as described and the pictures did not do the apartment justice. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Andrea was there to welcome us and gave good instructions to make the most of the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with literally everything you could need for a short or long stay. Very easy walk/drive to walls of Lucca. Easy access to lots of other places of interest. Already planning a return visit. Neighbours we met very friendly and helpful too. Beautiful area to explore on foot, by bike, by car. People in Lucca extremely friendly and welcoming.

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling down after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

Anita was kind and attentive and responded to our messages well. Bikes and pool were super. Accommodation comfortable with all that we needed. Thank you Anita, it was lovely to meet you!

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, anything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!

Very well located accommodation for visiting the Cinque Terre and accessing lots of restaurants. Given the location, you can expect noise at night due to the bars nearby. Despite all the bed is comfortable and the accommodation contains all the equipment needed to have a pleasant stay and prepare meals. Irene was very responsive in helping us.

We enjoyed our stay in Benabbio for 2 weeks. We came for peace and good weather and we got it. The cottage was perfect: it was very private, the view was beautiful, the garden colorful and has several places to stay outside, so we went out quite a bit because it was so good. It was a nice contact with Luca, who will be ready and give tips if necessary. Recommend!

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Montefegatesi is a very well-kept town. Alessia's house is really well kept and the surrounding landscape is enchanting. It is an ideal accommodation for a retreat in the peace of nature. From Montefegatesi, there are several well-marked routes, even for non-experts. We'll be back!

Nice place to relax , avoiding crowd and having the best , relax and possibility to visit cities near by

Our stay was beautiful! We didn't even leave the property, taking advantage of the grill and pool. Corrado was always very helpful and recommended many things to do in the area. The house was super clean and the surroundings were quiet, a perfect getaway. We'll be back!

Nicolas home was a pleasure to visit, although on foot I was still able to reach nearby cities with relative ease. The pool was very refreshing and the surroundings was very peaceful.
