It has a large garden with jacuzzi, playground, and trampoline. The house is quiet, not overlooked. We welcome you for moments for families or groups of friends. It has 6 bedrooms, a sauna and cinema in the basement and a small indoor playroom for children.

This place is ideal for unwinding. It offers a green, quiet setting that is conducive to a relaxing weekend. Shops and administrations within 5 minutes. Water park and mini-golf 5 minutes away, 30 minutes from the city of Amiens. About 45-50 minutes from the Baie de Somme. 1 hour from the Picardy coast. Some small shops in the village (truck stop, pharmacy, bread dispenser...). Large garden, fully enclosed. Be careful, this garden is being rehabilitated in order to restore it to its former glory. However, it remains accessible under certain conditions.

Visit Gerberoy one of the most beautiful villages in France or Amiens, its cathedral and hortillonnages...
