Monthly Rentals in Särkijärvi

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and had a great time. The accommodation was perfect for us, the sauna and use of the snow shoes in the shed were an added bonus. The location was unreal, I can only think of positives, thank you Juha for making our trip to Finland so memorable!

This lovely apartment was right next to the ski trails and within walking distance of restaurants and ski slopes. The listing was just as it's described. We stayed with four adults and the space was good, I'm sure it was great for a family with children. The apartment was clean and had everything you need to cook. We stayed over Easter, definitely at the busiest time, but the area was peaceful. We thought this place was an excellent value for the price and location. The hosts were also friendly and communication was smooth.

We had a great time here with our two young children. The small log cabin is totally cozy and well furnished. Since we were there in the winter, we were able to do a great tour with the sled dogs at the huskycamp, which is just around the corner. Also, just 100m from the cabin leads along a trail. Great! Particularly noteworthy is the great host Valtteri. He is very friendly, always available and even let us know when the northern lights were visible.

We love this house! The huge windows give you the feeling of being in the middle of nature. Nature becomes part of the building and essential design element, framed by architectural design at its best. Every view is a treat for the eye. Sensitive material selection, targeted viewing axes, design down to the last detail, and completely cozy at the same time. Sophisticated building technology and perfect lighting concept. We have arrived and walked marvelingly through the beautiful rooms. The stay was gratifying and inspiring for us, it was almost difficult for us to leave the house for our hiking excursions. The contact with Bitja and Timo was very nice. We got detailed instructions, quick help and great excursion tips and felt welcome. It was a really great time, and we can highly recommend it.
