Very cozy, simple, cozy mountain house apartment at 1100 m above sea level for young and old. Colorful – fun – cottage kitsch somewhat antique – simple mountain house romance – no luxury, but furnished with a lot of heart. At night you have a wonderful starry sky + views over the valley. During the day, nature is at your doorstep, romantic forest paths, etc. Here you can forget the everyday stress and hectic pace. Pictures say more than words. Access by car to the house. Public transport is possible, but not recommended. Drive to Flumserberg (skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing) 20 minutes.

Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

It can be reached by car via the Zurich-Chur motorway, exit Mels/Sargans. 15 min. after the motorway you reach the guesthouse. Parking is available next to the guesthouse. It is built in the style of a loft. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure the guests' well-being.
