Enjoy our 2000 sq ft lake house in a private peaceful community with panoramic views of the lake. We are a licensed BNB with DeSoto County and the State of Mississippi until the year 2035. (Lic # 20110070) You will have the entire lake house to yourself and we provide coffee and pastries for breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Tunica Expo, 5 minutes to Tunica National Golf Course, 10 Minutes to the casinos; 38 minutes to Beale St, Bass Pro Shop, Peabody Hotel, Graceland and The Lorraine Hotel.

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Continental breakfast provided, as well.

The Butterfly Cottage is a lovely 1920’s English cottage in the historic district of Holly Springs, MS. Located 1 block off historic downtown square. Desirable area of town. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, boutique, antique stores, museum, art gallery and library. Very historic town. Located on a large, treed lot. Gorgeous backyard with sitting area . Full kitchen, laundry facilities. This house is on Hwy 7, just 1 mile away from I22. Easy drive to Oxford, Memphis, Collierville

Country get-away! Only 30 Minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN, yet out in the country on a 62 acre estate. Nature trails through the property allow for beautiful, peaceful strolls. We have fishing (in season). **** This cottage is set back in the woods and there is not a TV in this unit but there is Wifi. We have created a serene and unplugged experience. We have the "Wynnewood Elizabeth Cottage" and the "Wynnewood Jettie Jewel cottage" on our property that are listed separately.

Take in a Ole Miss game or check out Beale St. We are within walking distance of Main Street in Como where you can find great restaurants and antiques. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.
