This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.
