Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sardinia

An authentic and atmospheric house in a very interesting Sardinian area. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts who provided us with a clean and well-maintained home.

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Michela’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and Michela was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cozy garden, the local guide with great recommendations and a smooth check in process. It really felt like a home away from home. We spent 4 days in the quiet oasis of Carla. After turbulent days in touristy areas, your accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The area is particularly impressive with its fantastic beaches, but if you are looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars, you are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (greatly equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh, self-picked berries and homemade cakes.

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely TOP! Graziella is very nice and responds quickly to messages. The place was lacking in nothing. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. At night it is quiet and you can sleep super in the large beds. There are screens on the windows. Towels and beach towels as well as kitchen towels are fully available. Also umbrellas for the beach. I can only recommend this accommodation! The location and surroundings also have a lot to offer! Thank you Graziella for letting us be your guests!

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

We had a unforgettable 4 night stay at Mirko’s apartment. Mirko was friendly, helpful, responsive and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was spectacular. A surprise 60th holiday for our parents that will be remembered forever. The two restaurants within 50 metres have amazing views of the castle and great food. I would recommend anyone to book this Airbnb and thanks again to Mirko for being an unbelievable host.

We recently had a 3 night stay at Manuela's lovely home. From the moment we arrived in Golfo Aranci we were blown away by how beautiful the town was. Manuela's home was absolutely spotless!!! Everything from the floors, linens and outdoor areas was pristine clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is large wardrobes to store your belongings. Off the bedroom is a sunny terrace with a laundry so we were able to do washing. The home is even better than the photos provided on the Air BNB site. The view from the apartment is stunning. We sat on the back terrace morning and night watching all the activity on the water. The home is very relaxing and peaceful. We walked to the beach and supermarket easily and Manuela provided a great folder full of information about the town and maps of where everything was. Whenever we needed to contact Manuela she responded quickly and was absolutely lovely. Our only dissapointment was we didn't stay longer!!!! We loved everything!!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

The house is very nice. Very clean, well-kept and welcoming. Equipped with everything you need for a good stay. It has a spectacular view of the dunes. The owners were very kind and helpful. I am grateful because they allowed me to bring my dogs despite the considerable number of cats in the area. I hope 😅 to return soon. 😍

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

We stayed at the accommodation for 5 days and we felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and we especially liked the terrace with the great view in the morning and evening. We highly recommend it. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We liked that it wasn't a typical tourist spot, but real and original. In a few minutes you can get from the apartment to restaurants, a grocery store, the harbour, etc.

I really enjoyed staying with Maria Franca. The apartment is very central, about 7 minutes to the beach on foot and is very clean and beautifully decorated. The check-in was super uncomplicated, Franca Maria is very friendly and what was really very nice was that she provided a breakfast basket with cookies, Nutella, tea, coffee as well as shampoo and soap - you feel warmly welcome right away. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, there is also dishwashing detergent and a sponge, which is not the case in every accommodation. There is a parking space directly in front of the apartment on the premises. It was a nice and friendly stay. Thank you very much for that

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Katia’s place is spectacular, right next to the water, offering two private beaches, a beautiful garden with a stone table with incredible view! Loved the gallery space outside of the house and the inside is super clean and modern. Katia was a super friendly and attentive host, she lives on the house on top but she always respected our privacy. Also the place is fully equipped with anything you need and more, there was cooking stuff, wine, coffee, water, fruits, many hygiene products, sunscreen. One of the best places we stayed!

This was an AMAZING stay! The town of Orosei is full of great restaurants and shops. This was a great spot for us because we rented a boat to explore the gulf of Orosei. It was a central location for multiple dinghy rentals. Free parking on site and on the street just outside of the driveway was refreshing. Domenico was super fast with responses and got us anything we needed. Thanks so much for the great hosting!

Beautiful apartment, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, in front you can see the sea and if you look to the side you can see the whole city of Alghero. Here we found everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds, everything is clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, very quick to respond, helps and recommends where to eat or which beach to visit.

We enjoyed our stay! Fiorerosa was responsive to questions throughout our stay. Beautiful location and apartment. Would recommend and would return!
