The property is a floating fibreglass sailboat with light-coloured solid-wood interior fittings. It features a very bright living/kitchen area of approximately 12 square metres during the day, which is comfortable at night thanks to the recessed spotlights on the deck, which provide warm lighting. There are two double rooms, one on the right-hand side and one on the left-hand side, each with a wardrobe and recessed courtesy lights that can be switched off from the bed, and a bathroom complete with a toilet with an electric macerator and a shower with hot water.
